Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years in QSR environment with staff supervision and training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Completes and posts staff work schedules.
• Manages a staff of approximately 4–12; evaluates performance and conducts reviews.
• Communicates changes in recipes/formulas to staff.
• Supports local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensures health/safety codes and security policies are followed.
• Identifies and contacts prospective customers to promote sales.
