J&H Family Stores is seeking a Store Manager in Muskegon, MI to lead overall store operations, manage inventory and finances, and drive exceptional customer service. You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensure food safety and cleanliness, and implement local marketing initiatives.

The role requires 2+ years in a QSR environment with leadership experience, and the ability to work 40–50 hours weekly. On-site position with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in QSR environment; supervising and training staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS system/cash register.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work 40–50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Creates and posts staff work schedules.
• Manages a staff of 4–12; evaluates and recommends promotions/transfers.
• Communicates changes in recipes and standards to staff.
• Supports local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensures health, safety, and cleanliness codes are maintained.
• Identifies prospective customers to promote sales.
