Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Serv Safe© Manager certification preferred.
• Open availability required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast, friendly manner and coach team members.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard for all positions.
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment and delegate duties.
• Ensure compliance with Brand, Company, and health regulations.
• Supervise staff and train on Brand standards and procedures.
• Manage cash, sales, and inventory records; communicate with district manager.
• Complete daily/weekly/period paperwork and schedules.
