Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.
• Open availability required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Motivates, coaches, and leads team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast, friendly manner and coach team members as needed.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard all positions.
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment and delegate shift duties to ensure completion.
• Direct production management, ensuring food is prepared and served per Brand, Company, and health regulations.
• Supervise and coach staff to follow food prep and production guidelines.
• Ensure ongoing training on Brand and Company standards.
• Communicate with the district manager and complete all daily/weekly/period paperwork.
• Guarantee a safe environment and report facility issues to maintenance.
• Monitor cash, sales, inventory records, and submit reports as required.
