Circle K in Hazlehurst, GA is seeking a Restaurant Manager Trainee to prepare for the Restaurant Manager role. During training, you may manage day-to-day operations for up to 90 days, with responsibility for people, operations, and financial metrics.

You will recruit and onboard staff, ensure food safety and quality, supervise team, and maintain brand standards. This role reports to the Restaurant District Manager and offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver's License required.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.
• Open availability required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Makes use of coaching and leadership abilities.
• Demonstrates integrity and urgency.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team members as necessary.
• Recruits, interviews, selects, hires, and completes onboarding for all positions.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and delegates duties to ensure completion.
• Directs operations to meet brand, company, and health department standards.
• Supervises and coaches staff to follow food preparation guidelines.
• Ensures proper training on Brand and Company standards.
• Cascades information and maintains communication boards.
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory records for accuracy.
• Reports to the district manager and maintains schedules and paperwork.
• Ensures a safe environment and addresses issues per policies.
