Circle K in Waycross, GA is seeking a Restaurant Manager Trainee to prepare for the Manager role through a designated training period. You will oversee day-to-day operations and work under the Restaurant District Manager to develop people, processes, and financial metrics.

Responsibilities include guest service, hiring and onboarding, cash/inventory control, scheduling, and compliance with health and safety standards. Open availability and a Serv Safe certification are desirable.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years restaurant management experience (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.
• Open availability required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Motivates, coaches, and leads team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and coach team members.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and delegate shift duties.
• Establish production and build-to's; manage food prep to standards.
• Oversee cash, sales, inventory control, and scheduling.
• Communicate with district manager and complete required paperwork.
• Ensure safe environment and compliance with health and safety codes.
• Implement brand campaigns and product training.
