Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast, friendly manner and coach team members as needed.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard for all restaurant positions.
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment and manage housekeeping duties.
• Direct team and ensure adherence to Brand, Company, and health regulations.
• Oversee cash, sales, and inventory records and ensure accuracy.
• Complete daily, weekly, and period paperwork, schedules, and related admin tasks.
