Qualifications

• Desire to lead and coach restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ability to monitor restaurant condition and ensure compliance with policies and health standards.
• Strong focus on food prep quality, presentation, and freshness.
• Experience using P&L and store reports to drive improvements.
• Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant team and provide leadership development.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and adherence to health standards.
• Maintain product quality through proper preparation and presentation.
