• Staffing and development: Manage staffing, performance, training, coaching and motivation.
• Budget and inventory: Plan for and manage inventory, budgets, and food costs.
• Food safety: Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald’s standards.
• Safety and standards: Maintain high level of guest and employee safety.
• Operational excellence: Oversee all restaurant operations and maintenance plans.
