[NEW]4804 Elk Grove Blvd McDonald's is hiring for a Restaurant Manager of the Future. This full-time role pays $24.75 per hour and offers growth through a short-term training path into management.

You will lead the restaurant experience, supervise the crew, and drive safety and quality standards while delivering excellent guest service. The position includes benefits and opportunities for advancement within a franchisee-operated McDonald’s.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience: Manage all aspects within the restaurant, including food production, guest service and experience, and direct crew and manager work.
• Plan for success: Proactively lead and manage people processes including recruiting, hiring and onboarding; staffing; performance management; training and motivation.
• Be in the know: Plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs.
• Take action first: Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald’s standards of excellence.
• Inspire and empower: Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety.
• Be results oriented: Oversee all operational needs of the restaurant, including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence.
