A Restaurant Manager is responsible for developing their team by providing strong, positive leadership and constructive feedback. They ensure a great guest experience using an operational excellence model that contributes to profitable top-line sales. They oversee the overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin’ standards, franchisee standards, and all applicable laws.

Responsibilities Include

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop employees.
