Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated seeks a Restaurant Manager II to bring the brand promise to life across resort amenities and outlets. You will serve as guest advocate and advisor to the General Manager, leading food & beverage and retail operations to deliver the branded guest experience.

The role emphasizes coaching, staff development and adherence to brand standards to maximize guest satisfaction and engagement across the family friendly properties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; four year college degree preferred.
• 3 years customer facing service/hospitality experience.
• 2 years leading front line staff.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate, prevent and solve complex problems in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Novice level mastery of Microsoft Office products.
• Must be at least 21 years old, have four years of driving experience and a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to meet company motor vehicle record requirements.

Responsibilities

• Development of PDPs, evaluation and coaching to develop guest-facing staff; mentor for continual performance development.
• Analyze and adjust staffing, performance targets and resources to achieve results; manage engagement plans and succession planning.
• Promote a brand culture and model brand behaviors while balancing budget goals with team and brand success.
• Execute guest engagement strategies within food & beverage and retail operations to create engaging experiences for families.
• Develop departmental budgets and allocate resources to meet financial goals.
