Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated is seeking a Restaurant Manager II at Orange Lake Resort in Kissimmee, FL. You will lead food & beverage and retail outlets, acting as a key advisor to the General Manager and driving guest engagement to meet brand standards.

The role focuses on delivering the branded guest experience, mentoring staff, and balancing budget goals with exceptional service for families staying at the resort.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years customer facing service/hospitality.
• 2 years leading front line staff.
• Ability to anticipate, prevent and solve complex problems in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Basic mastery of Microsoft Office products.
• Must be 21+ with four years of driving experience and a valid license.
• Must meet company motor vehicle record requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop PDPs, coach staff to deliver brand-oriented guest amenities.
• Analyze staffing and resources to meet targets and manage engagement plans.
• Promote brand culture and ensure staff comply with brand standards.
• Execute guest engagement strategies within F&B and retail operations.
• Develop departmental budgets and allocate resources to meet financial goals.
