The position requires 2+ years of management experience, strong leadership, and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing costs and staff development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
• Ability to lead service with front of house teams and supervise daily operations.
• Strong guest rapport and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts and lead and direct the daily operations of a restaurant
• Lead pre-shift meetings; oversee opening/closing duties and nightly numbers
• Provide guidance to hourly and management teams while upholding company culture
• Respond to guest and staff needs promptly and professionally
• Assist GM with costs, sales and business growth; recruit and train staff
• Perform inventories and manage orders and deliveries
• Collaborate with management to hire, onboard and develop BOH staff
