Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service setting.
• Proven ability to lead guest-facing teams and oversee daily operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts and direct daily restaurant operations.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and oversee opening/closing duties and nightly numbers.
• Guide hourly and management teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership, manage costs and support financial goals.
• Interview, hire, train and develop BOH staff as needed.
• Perform inventories and manage orders and deliveries.
• Promote teamwork and respond to guest and staff needs.
