NAIA, a Mediterranean-inspired dining destination along the Chicago River in River North, seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the front‑of‑house team. You will drive guest satisfaction, sales, and cost controls while supporting the General Manager.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full‑service, high‑volume restaurant management, strong leadership, and the ability to recruit and train a high‑performing staff.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of full‑service, high‑volume restaurant management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership to recruit, train, and develop high‑performing teams.
• Ability to plan and communicate direction and goals to staff.

Responsibilities

• Meet operational standards by enforcing productivity, quality, and service.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction while controlling costs and waste.
• Organize and supervise daily shifts, including opening/closing duties.
• Maintain ambiance and service quality through proper supervision of staff and standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Address performance issues with coaching and timely documentation.
