Steak 'n Shake is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead from the front, delivering hospitality and operational excellence across shifts while upholding brand standards.

You will report to the General Manager/Franchise Partner and own the P&L, optimize labor and food costs, and manage inventory with tech tools in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand all day is required.
