Steak ’n Shake is hiring a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with energy and accountability. You will ensure strong openings and closings and set the tone for the shift, coaching team members to deliver fast, friendly service that meets brand standards.

• Ensure all brand standards are met - cleanliness, food safety, and quality.
• Handle opening and closing duties, including key-holder responsibilities.
• Count drawers, manage deposits, and finalize end-of-day reports.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and team members.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect.
• Step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
