You’ll actively work the line across opening to closing, manage food costs and labor with smart scheduling, oversee inventory from back door to front line, and recruit or coach top hourly talent while upholding brand standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of QSR or fast-casual restaurant management experience
• Proven history of consistent work tenure and reliable leadership
• Deep understanding of food cost management, labor optimization, and operational KPIs
• Hands-on leadership—comfortable working the drive through or grill when needed
• Tech-savvy with POS systems, inventory platforms, and invoice tools
• Strong physical stamina to lift 50 lbs and stay on feet in a fast-paced kitchen
• Professionalism with LinkedIn and resume aligning stories
• Track record in hospitality excellence and navigating change in a team setting
• Minimum of 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Lead by example—actively working the line, prepping food, maintaining cleanliness, and serving guests across all shifts
• Wear a professional uniform daily and uphold brand standards, safety practices, and service protocols
• Own the P&L: manage food costs, control inventory, verify invoices, and drive labor efficiency
• Oversee inventory from back door to the front line
