Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive food quality, labor efficiency, and inventory control while developing a strong team and delivering memorable guest experiences. The role requires 1+ years in management and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of QSR or fast-casual restaurant management experience.
• Proven history of consistent work tenure and reliable leadership.
• Deep understanding of food cost management, labor optimization, and operational KPIs.
• Hands-on leadership capable of working drive-through or grill when needed.
• Tech-savvy with POS systems, inventory platforms, and invoice tools.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, working the line, prepping food, maintaining cleanliness, and serving guests across all shifts.
• Wear a professional uniform and uphold brand standards, food safety practices, and service protocols.
• Own the P&L: manage costs, control inventory, verify invoices, and drive labor efficiency.
• Oversee inventory from the back door to the front line.
• Recruit, train, and retain top hourly talent through feedback and coaching.
