Job summary

Carrabba’s Italian Grill, LLC is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee daily FOH/BOH operations, lead a diverse team, and maintain exceptional guest experiences in the Fort Lauderdale area.

You will recruit and train staff, enforce safety and sanitation standards, and respond to guest feedback to uphold the Carrabba’s service standard. A flexible schedule and strong leadership are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant management experience or equivalent leadership role.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule across days, evenings, weekends.
• Minimum age 21 years and legal capacity to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FOH/BOH operations and staff performance.
• Schedule, recruit, interview, and hire team members while maintaining brand standards.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with laws and company policies.
• Respond to guest feedback and build restaurant loyalty and service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of the full menu and preparation standards, engaging in local market opportunities.
