Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Restaurant Manager.
• Knowledge of guest service, food handling and sanitation.
• ServSafe certification and a valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills, motivational skills, listening skills, leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all menu items are prepared to recipe and presented attractively.
• Capable of forecasting food production and managing kitchen timing.
• Lead guest satisfaction efforts and manage shifts in GM/AGM absence.
• Ensure catering and take-out guidelines are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per Health Dept and company standards.
• Forecast sales and manage inventory and costs.
• Participate in training and development of staff.
• Support management with daily paperwork and cash controls.
