Job summary

Bandana’s Bar-B-Q in Arnold, MO is seeking a Full-Service Restaurant Manager with proven leadership to train and develop a strong team and deliver guest experiences aligned with our standards. Louis and a commitment to exceptional hospitality and daily operating excellence. ServSafe certification required; two years of managerial experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Restaurant Manager with experience in all areas of restaurant operations, management, and administration.
• ServSafe certification and a valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills, motivational skills, listening skills, effective coaching, leadership, and communication.
• The ability to read, write, and perform mathematical calculations typically obtained through the completion of high school.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations with emphasis on guest satisfaction and team leadership.
• Oversee food production to ensure items are prepared to recipe and presented well.
• Maintain sanitation and safety policies, including compliance with Health Department standards.
• Handle administrative tasks, inventory forecasting, and labor cost controls.
