Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a restaurant environment, supervising and training staff.
• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members; computer knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience and ensure food is prepared and served to standards.
• Maintain restaurant safety, cleanliness, and security; manage inventory and money control systems.
• Recruit and reward outstanding team members; plan local marketing initiatives and community outreach.
• Maintain business records and analyze them to help increase sales; contact prospective guests to promote sales.
