Job summary

Prismhr Hire in Kentucky is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach a diverse team, and drive guest satisfaction and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), be able to stand 10 hours, lift 50 pounds, and ensure food safety and quality across front‑ and back‑of‑house. Prior hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic restaurant hospitality and service-minded attitude.
• Must be able to stand for 10 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication in English; reading and writing required.
• Reliable transportation to and from work; regular attendance.
• Basic computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• This position requires long hours and up to 55 hours per week.
• Must have or be able to obtain Manager food safety certification or related certification if required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct onboarding and training.
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and quality to meet standards.
• Prepare and manage staff schedules; control labor costs.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost controls; report concerns to GM.
• Ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations and company policies.
