Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Knowledge of basic restaurant hospitality and service-minded attitude.
• Able to stand for 10 hours.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Good hearing for safety and accurate communication.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Basic computer usage skills; proficient with MS Office.
• Attendance is required.
• Work 55 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled shifts.
• Lead and model Our 1-4-7 Mission to ensure excellent guest service.
• Recruit, train, develop and communicate with Managers and Team Members.
• Adhere to wage/hour regulations and restaurant filing responsibilities.
• Be responsible for FOH and HOH results based on AOR.
• Conduct quarterly reviews with SMART goals and development plans.
• Reinforce Team Members’ skills and leadership behaviors.
• Identify strategies to retain top Team Members.
• Write and manage Team Member schedules.
• Control receiving and inventory levels; report concerns to GM.
• Set daily goals and tasks; ensure completion with follow-up.
• Monitor sales to optimize scheduling and staffing; meet sales goals.
• Ensure food cost, inventory, utility usage, and Health Department ratings are met.
• Verify adherence to LBW recipes.
• Conduct initial interviews and provide candidate recommendations.
