Red Lobster is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, delivering high-quality seafood and beverage service while maximizing guest satisfaction. You will hire, train and inspire the team that makes the restaurant shine.

In this role you will drive sales, ensure safety and policy compliance, and manage performance through evaluations, coaching, and discipline. You’ll have opportunities to advance as you develop your leadership skills in a dynamic dining environment.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business required
• 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience preferred
• ServSafe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Lead restaurant operations with focus on delivering high quality seafood and beverage service and maximizing guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train and inspire the people that make your restaurant stand out.
