Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education; post-high school education preferred.
• Minimum of one year in a hotel/restaurant serving role.
• Demonstrates teamwork and guest-first attitude.
• Ability to take and relay orders accurately and handle payments.

Responsibilities

• Seat guests and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Monitor tables to ensure timely, correct order delivery and presentation.
• Keep station clean and organized; check setup before and during shift.
• Ensure compliance with liquor regulations and service standards.
• Familiar with menu items, procedures, and upsell opportunities.
• Process payments and balance cash at end of shift.
• Assist with bussing tables and resetting for next guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned; may include hosting shifts.
