Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; post-secondary education preferred.
• Minimum of two years food and beverage supervisory experience.
• Ability to work PMs, weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage front of house operations for the Restaurant/Hotel.
• Provide training, direction, supervision and hands-on support.
• Direct associates and supervisors to achieve food and beverage goals.
• Ensure proper preparation of food and beverages and safety/hygiene compliance.
• Hire and train service staff.
• Facilitate communication, engagement and conflict resolution.
• Process bi-weekly payroll.
• Participate in MOD program as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
