Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Server to join our team in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will seat guests, take orders, monitor food delivery, and ensure accuracy in billing while upholding service standards.

We value teamwork, flexibility, and a guest-centric approach. The role involves navigating high-pressure dining periods, maintaining cleanliness, and providing attentive service with POS transactions and menu knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education; post-high school preferred.
• Minimum of one year in a hotel/restaurant serving role.

Responsibilities

• Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests.
• Monitors food distribution to ensure correct delivery and presentation.
• Checks station before, during and after shift for setup and cleanliness.
• Abides by state, federal and corporate liquor regulations regarding serving alcohol.
• Familiar with menu items, preparation and service procedures.
• Totals checks and accepts payment from guests.
• Assists with bussing tables and other duties as assigned.
