Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer service focus and drive results by building a strong team
• Hire, train and develop employees, communicate expectations and provide feedback
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant
• Ensure shifts are staffed to meet guest service goals
• Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines and comply with laws
• Execute brand standards and restaurant systems consistently
• Prepare and implement action plans for production, productivity, and quality
• Control costs to maximize profitability
• Lead in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely manner
• Roll out new product launches with team training, marketing and sampling
• Set sales goals and monitor performance
