• Create effective weekly schedules by Friday 5pm.
• Work 55-hour weeks during peak periods.
• Ensure safety and security of staff and customers.
• Achieve the restaurant's Annual Operating Plan.
• Ensure safe food delivery on every shift.
• Maintain clean, organized restaurant systems.
• Purchase and oversee food, beverages and supplies.
• Maintain standards per performance, profits and operating guidelines.
• Use Learning Hub to hire and develop A players.
• Oversee preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Execute local store marketing plans on time.
• Provide leadership with a positive attitude toward company goals.
• Train employees on cash control and credit card security.
• Handle administrative requirements and guidelines.
