Job summary

Pollo Regio in Texas seeks an Assistant Manager for our Lewisville, Carrollton, and Plano locations. You will support the General Manager, ensure top guest service, and lead shifts while maintaining cleanliness and brand standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of operations experience, teamwork, strong communication, and a proactive attitude to coach staff in a fast-paced environment. Food safety certification is required.

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager.
