Serendipity Recruiting is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in McKinney, TX to run the restaurant operation, drive sales, and maximize guest satisfaction. You will oversee marketing initiatives, budgeting, and team leadership to uphold company standards.

The role includes managing schedules, ensuring food safety, and delivering consistent customer experiences while training and developing the restaurant team for growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Manage restaurant profit and loss through business analysis.
• Train and develop the management team to uphold standards.
• Ensure safe food delivery and high product quality.
• Lead marketing plans and local store marketing initiatives.
• Hire, train and retain A-player staff using Learning Hub.
• Maintain cash controls and secure card data.

Responsibilities

• Build sales through great guest service and top quality products.
• Plan and post weekly schedules by Friday 5pm.
• Work 55-hour weeks during peak periods.
• Ensure safety and security of employees and customers.
• Achieve the restaurant’s Annual Operating Plan.
• Maintain clean, organized restaurant per Systems.
• Purchase supplies and oversee product quality.
• Provide leadership to motivate and grow the team.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed on time.
