3017 Lower Sac McDonald's is hiring a Restaurant Manager of the Future to lead daily operations at the Stockton location. This full-time role focuses on creating an exceptional guest experience, ensuring safety, and guiding a team through onboarding, training, and performance management.

The position involves planning inventory, budgeting, and food ordering while upholding McDonald’s standards and ensuring compliant, smooth restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience: Manage all aspects within the restaurant, including food production, guest service and experience, and direct crew and manager work.
• Plan for success: Proactively lead and manage all People processes including Recruiting, Hiring and Onboarding; Staffing; Performance Management; Train, coach and motivate.
• Be in the know: Plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs.
• Take action first: Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald’s standards of excellence.
• Inspire and Empower: Maintain high level of standard for guest and employee safety.
• Be results oriented: Oversee all operational needs of the restaurant, including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence.
