The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of management experience in casual dining, and strong communication skills. ServSafe certification is preferred, with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in family or casual dining.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Overseeing cleanliness and guest safety at all times.
• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food-handling procedures.
• Interviewing, hiring, and training front-of-house staff.
