JDK Management Company is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Columbus, OH to oversee front-of-house operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive sales. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 1 year of prior management experience in family or casual dining is preferred
• ServSafe Food Manager Certification is preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and organization skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house operations and ensure great food and service for guests
• Drive sales, manage steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Oversee restaurant cleanliness and guest safety at all times
• Enforce applicable liquor laws and responsible service guidelines
• Understand, manage, and practice safe food-handling procedures
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training front-of-house staff
• Perform other duties as assigned
