You will supervise daily activities, support training, and ensure high service standards while maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests. The role reports to the General Manager and emphasizes leadership, accountability, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous management experience in family or casual dining.
• ServSafe Food Manager Certification preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and efficiency.
• Drive sales and uphold operational and service standards across the restaurant.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members.
• Uphold and model safe food-handling and operational practices.
• Support the hiring, training, and development of all team members.
• Step in where needed and take on additional responsibilities as part of a collaborative leadership team.
