Mission Resort + Club is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Howey-in-the-Hills, FL. Located in the rolling hills of Lake County, the resort offers four restaurants, golf courses, a luxury spa and diverse activities.

As part of MMI Hotel Group, you will supervise dining room and kitchen staff and help ensure outstanding guest service and product satisfaction. Two to three years in food and beverage, knowledge of wine and liquor, and fine dining experience are ideal.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage day-to-day food and beverage operations throughout the resort to the highest standards.
• Train staff to maintain and exceed the level of service the dining room demands.
