Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all restaurant operations to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant staff to maintain quality standards and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Coordinate with the culinary team to optimize menu offerings and service flow.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage inventory, budgeting, and cost control to achieve financial goals.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies to enhance customer engagement and sales.
