Mission Resort + Club is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Howey-in-the-Hills, FL. Located in the rolling hills of Lake County, the resort offers four restaurants, golf courses, a luxury spa and diverse activities.

As part of MMI Hotel Group, you will supervise dining room and kitchen staff and help ensure outstanding guest service and product satisfaction. Two to three years in food and beverage, knowledge of wine and liquor, and fine dining experience are ideal.

As part MMI Hotel Group , a company with over 70 years of experience in the industry, we are looking for a dynamic leader who will assist the Director of Food and Beverage in all facets of food and beverage by supervising the work activities of dining room and kitchen staff and ensuring high levels of guest service and product satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have two to three years of experience working in food and beverage, wine and liquor knowledge, fine dining experience, and knows the importance of working hands-on along with staff and will train staff to maintain and exceed the level of service the dining room demands. Overall, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day food and beverage operations throughout the resort to the highest standards. Having a flexible schedule is required.
