Job summary

Red Lobster is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead restaurant operations with a focus on high quality seafood and beverage service, while maximizing guest satisfaction. You will hire, train and inspire the people that make the restaurant stand out.

You will drive sales and guest satisfaction, create a FUN safe environment for team development, ensure compliance with policies, and manage performance with evaluations, coaching and discipline.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business; 2+ years in casual dining preferred.
• ServSafe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain them.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales and guest satisfaction.
