Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Pace, FL location. You will oversee staff, food quality, safety, and financial metrics while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

You'll recruit and onboard team members, train shift leads, manage cash and inventory, and ensure compliance with Brand standards and health regulations. The role reports to the Restaurant District Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Motivates, coaches, and leads team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new staff.
• Maintain clean restaurant environment and perform housekeeping.
• Ensure food quality and compliance with Brand, Company, and health regulations.
• Manage cash, sales, and inventory records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and period paperwork and schedules.
• Train a Restaurant Assistant Manager for absence coverage.
