Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Fort McCoy, FL to support daily restaurant operations and supervise the team in the RM's absence. You will lead and coach team members, ensure brand and health regulations are followed, and partner with management to deliver guest satisfaction.

This role requires full-time availability during all hours of operation and a valid state driver's license. You will handle cash/inventory, training, and administrative tasks, while upholding Circle

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Restaurant Manager with daily restaurant operations and supervises the team in their absence.
• Leads and coaches Restaurant Team Members and partners with management to maintain standards.
• Directs team and ensures food items meet brand, company, and health department regulations.
• Cascades information to team and assists with training.
• Manages cash, sales, and inventory records; completes end-of-shift paperwork.
• In RM absence, completes daily/weekly/end-of-period paperwork and other admin duties.
• Ensures a safe environment by following laws and safety codes.
• Partners with RM to meet financial and operational metrics.
