Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is hiring a Restaurant Manager in Cedar Rapids, IA to assist the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and to uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture during shifts.

You will manage cash, lead crewmembers, ensure excellent guest service, and maintain cleanliness. The role requires 1+ year of restaurant or retail management, flexible shifts, and completion of company training.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
• Must complete Raising Cane’s company training programs.

Responsibilities

• Supports Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and upholding standards.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
• Ensures cleanliness and good working order of the facility.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
