Raising Cane’s is hiring a Restaurant Manager in Cedar Falls, IA. You will support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations, uphold standards, and manage shift operations with a focus on customer service and team leadership.

The role requires 1+ years of restaurant or retail management, strong communication, and ability to handle staffing, scheduling, and costs. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment and be paid weekly with opportunities for bonus and growth.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage staffing, scheduling, and costs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; quick to learn new systems.
• Must be 18+ and able to work various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture.
• Open and close the restaurant as manager on duty.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety standards and operating readiness.
• Provide exemplary customer service and lead crewmembers.
• Enforce company policies and train employees as needed.
