Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is hiring a Restaurant Manager in Lima, OH to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Cane’s standards and culture during shifts.

The role requires managing cash, directing crewmembers, and ensuring a clean, safe, high-service environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Detail-oriented and organized with multi-priority skills.
• Able to work various shifts including weekends.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shift.
• Act as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manage cash handling and accountability.
• Direct crewmembers during a shift.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
