Job summary

Raising Cane’s is seeking a Restaurant Manager in the United States (OH, Hilliard) to support daily operations and uphold our One Love culture. As manager on duty, you will open/close the restaurant, supervise staff, manage cash handling, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires 1+ years of restaurant/retail management, strong communication, and the ability to work various shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations.
• Open and close the restaurant as manager on duty.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability.
• Ensure compliance with Raising Cane’s standards and safety.
• Direct crewmembers during shifts and provide customer service.
