Job summary

Raising Cane's is hiring a Restaurant Manager in North Olmsted, OH. You will support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations, uphold Cane’s standards and culture, and manage shift responsibilities in a fast-paced kitchen.

The role involves interacting with customers and working in varied temperatures and environments. Key requirements include 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, high school diploma or equivalent preferred, and flexible shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge and skills in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management.
• Proficient in technology systems including MS Office and adapt to new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shift.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
• Utilizes reward and recognition program for crewmembers and approves employee functions as needed.
• Ensures cleanliness and good working order of the restaurant.
