Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers in Saginaw, MI is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Cane’s standards and culture during shifts. The role involves fast-paced kitchen activity, customer interaction, and ensuring safety and cleanliness.

The Restaurant Manager will oversee shift execution, lead crewmembers, and ensure excellent customer service while managing costs and complying with company policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shift.
• Act as manager on duty and open/close the restaurant.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability.
• Enforce Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Lead shift management and uphold safety standards.
• Direct crewmembers and provide exemplary customer service.
• Utilize reward/recognition programs for staff.
• Authorize manager-level employee functions (discounts, overrides).
• Ensure cleanliness and proper facility operation.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
